We operate an automated service that researches, writes, voices, renders and — if you connect your channel — uploads short videos to that channel on a schedule. A weekly report shows what was published and how it performed.
You keep ownership of your channel and of every video published on it. You grant us permission, for as long as your subscription is active, to upload videos to the channel you connect. You are responsible for your channel remaining in good standing with YouTube, and for reviewing what is published if your plan gives you veto rights.
The agent pins factual claims to sources and refuses scripts whose central claim it cannot support. It is still software and it can be wrong. Tell us at dev@tcg-bind.com and we will take the video down or correct it without charge.
You may not use the service to produce content that is unlawful, that harasses or defames a person, that impersonates someone, that infringes copyright, or that you intend to publish on a channel you do not control. We may refuse a subject or end the service for this.
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost revenue, lost views, or action taken by YouTube against your channel.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, and disputes belong to the courts located there.
